The multi-billion-dollar temple of gas pumps and overpriced jerky, just sued a tiny corner store in Beavercreek, Ohio over a cartoon beaver.

Beaver’s Mini Mart has been sitting in that neighborhood for years.
Buc-ee’s rolled into Ohio this spring.
The city is literally named Beavercreek.

The local high school mascot is a beaver.
Half the businesses in town have beavers on their signs.

But sure, the problem is the mom-and-pop carryout with no gas pumps that was there first.

This isn’t brand protection.

This is a corporation with more money than sense bullying a small business owner who feeds his kids with a neighborhood store.

They’re so insecure about their little red-hatted beaver that they’ll torch years of goodwill over a logo in a town full of the same animal.

You don’t get to plant your massive travel center, then demand the locals stop using the animal their city is named after.
Peak corporate insecurity. Ugly.
Petty.
Shameful.
