@flyvolaris First time attempting to fly with Volaris and this will be my last. My group arrived at Dulles at 11pm for our 1:25am flight only to be told it was cancelled. We received no notification and the rep told us they knew of the cancellation since 6pm. How is this ok?!?!?

What's going on with @KayJewelers ? The locations in the nice areas no longer exist and then the current locations have horrible customer service. If only I could get my ring serviced somewhere else I wouldn't visit ever again.
