@weverseshop @bts_bighit And yes, I did see the announcement about the suspension of merch pack membership. (Suspension means temporary, btw.) But when I tried to rebuy/renew it early, it said I already had a membership and would not allow me to. IDC if I have to buy the new packs, just tell us please.

@weverseshop @bts_bighit To pile on, what is happening with the merch packs?! Please announce something. People are already preselling boxes 17 & 18 for $100s. As someone who used every box, and now I can't renew, are you telling me I can't have any of these or future boxes? This was executed terribly.
