The last 3D-printed jig for the table project was simple yet precise, used to create the edge bezel from 3" strap before final welding.
Combining prints with metalwork has greatly improved efficiency.

Each jig was printed in PA12-CF with tight tolerances from CAD —
The goal: align tube angles perfectly to weld the hourglass legs for my table.
Honestly expected them to warp or wear after the first few cuts.
But they stayed dimensionally perfect through all 12. 😎 #3dprint win

I 3D printed PA12-CF jigs to guide a plasma cutter for 3” tubing-
12 cuts per side — and they never melted.
