Courts themselves are raising alarm. Recent Supreme Court rulings have repeatedly quashed 498A cases citing “vague & omnibus allegations” and warned against using criminal law for personal vendettas. Even guidelines were issued to curb misuse. Equality before law isn’t optional
Data tells a worrying story. NCRB trends show very low conviction rate(~13%) in 498A cases, with reports suggesting 70%+ end in acquittal/discharge and thousands found false after investigation. Misuse may not define the law but ignoring it denies justice to the falsely accused
Another tragic loss. Allegations that a judge in Delhi took his life due to harassment highlight a hard truth—abuse is not gender-specific, but our laws often are. We urgently need truly gender-neutral laws that protect every victim, not just some. Justice must be equal.
ALIGARH: HELP SENIOR CITIZENS
Hariom Dutt Pachauri & Kamlesh Pachauri allege they're abused, harrassed & beaten up by their son & DIL though they disowned them decades ago. They've even tried to poison them allegedly. Applications have been made to several authorities but no one is listening to them they say in tears
It's their self owned property. Please listen to the elderly. They don't deserve this @Dm_Aligarh@rangealigarh@aligarhpolice@Uppolice@dgpup@CMOfficeUP@India_NHRC@KanoongoPriyank@IPSAmrit_Jain #SSP_Aligarh
A judge can order huge alimony maintenance but won’t take responsibility or accountability if the job fires the man for cost cutting..
Indian Courts never see social angle in their judgement especially for men.

As a global brand,@Accenture understands how damaging issue of #AtulSubash is for its reputation in India. The growing negative sentiment demands a transparent and swift response. Yet, termination hasn’t been initiated, raising serious concerns.
@JulieSweet, as Accenture’s CEO, what are your internal policies for handling such grave allegations? Will you terminate her employment based on the strong evidence provided by Atul, or will you wait for the police investigation to conclude? Is the lack of any appearance or statement from #NikitaSinghania and her family acceptable?
To everyone else, Why is it that men face immediate arrests, but in cases like these—despite the abetment of suicide allegations and strong evidence—there is still no arrest after 72 hours? #Accenture must take a stand and declare its position publicly instead of protecting its tweets. Doing the right thing matters.
The fuck are you on about, woman?
Men did not mobilize after Nirbhaya? They did not outrage for Asifa? Did not demand death penalty for the RG Kar rapist?
The fuck are you on about?
Sure none of this bore results, at least not soon enough, because none of any outrage bears results soon enough in this country. Has it in this case because the accused is a woman?
Accenture hasn’t fired her yet, and the judge is still free.
Can you not rest your jhanda for two fuckin’ days, you insensitive little outrage artist?
Like a good husband he slogged to ensure his wife succeeds
She became an officer, dumped him, loved someone else (proofs in public)
When he protested, she sued him in a dowry case after 13 YEARS of marriage & 2 kids
He discovered chats where there were talks of eliminating him between his wife & her alleged lover, cried in public to save his life
THIS WAS STORY OF ALOK MAURYA, LEST WE FORGET
Despite such media attention , he got no justice as much as I know because
MEN HAVE NO RIGHTS IN THIS COUNTRY

@BerlinFamilyman I can hardly remember any case where such women are punished who falsely accuse someone. We still remember Nisha Sharma from Noida. Manav's father from Gurgaon is still waiting to get justice for his only son. Media only creates hype if the 'victim' is a woman.
