@MdMashup@kidney_boy As you point out. The HIT trial was a bust. Not only was there no minimal separation between the two groups, but the degree of hyponatremia was not severe.
@kidney_boy The problem I have with studies using either biomarkers or FENa to distinguish ATN from HRS is that without a biopsy how do we really know the diagnosis is correct.
