@eyeziiick What hes talking about is NYC's 1981 law that taxes homes based on "imagined rent" instead of actual value. Wealthier white neighborhoods with fewer rentals pay much less in tax, while Black and Latino areas with more rentals face higher taxes. systemic racisim at its finest.
