@AmazonHelp I HAVE called 6xs today AND did chat support. EVERY TIME I explained this issue, they transfer me to the account specialist department that tells me to respond to the emails. When I explain I have, what else can I do, THEY HANG UP. I am on my 7th call now! WHAT ELSE CAN I DO?
