Won’t use @VividSeats ever again. I bought tickets back in August for a specific section, they finally got delivered three days ago for a completely different cheaper section, and pretty much told me too bad. Horrible service!

Day 4 of warning people about @VividSeats and how they don’t honor their guarantee. Saying one section is comparable to another without ever being there and not taking into account buyer preferences is not acceptable (bought sectio cause we like that area of arena and the view).

Day 3 of posting until @VividSeats gives me my money back. I received #tickets for a section I didn’t purchase (not the same view, not comparable in my opinion and sells for cheaper) and they said there is nothing they will do (multiple reps).
So much for the #guarantee.

So @VividSeats tells me to DM them, which I do, and now they are telling me I have to download WhatsApp in order to talk to them (when I have been communicating with them through their own app and over the phone all weekend)! What a joke! Talk about giving the runaround.

@VividSeats_2026 Share my concern? I’ve already spent at least two hours on different occasions speaking with your customer service agents and have gotten nothing but “that’s what our team decided”. When I asked to speak with a manager or someone above them they told me that is not an option.
