@PitchPlease43 It's actually not clear that Noah knows who Mike is in "Don't Say It". In "Scratched" he doesn't, he says the crew wanted him to ask if Mike would be traded.
@PitchPlease43 I don't think Bill would be LaVar Ball. He's not self-aggrandizing enough and wouldn't want the media spotlight on himself the way LaVar does. Bill wouldn't make a public spectacle of himself or his relationship with Ginny.
Yes, but we have to think about the fans’ reaction to it. I don’t think it would play well with them/us, so it isn’t worth chancing it.
While Pitch has comedic elements, that type of storyline works for a straight up comedy if we aren’t digging into ramifications.
You might recognize the story about the lying 17-year-old boyfriend from an episode of Friends, where it happened to Monica. Of course Monica also lied about being 22 when she was actually 25...
I believe we got that, but I don’t think the show has the type of tone that could pull off that type of storyline. It would inevitably get darker.
If the show did do that, I think it would have to involve blip and Mike and have awkward comedy that relies on miscommunication.
