Alleged Plot Fraud Case Involving the Kolhi Hindu Community in Pithoro Umerkot — Chairman Pakistan Darawar Ittehad Faqir Shiva Kachhi Visits Kolhi Colony

In Pithoro city, following allegations of fraud involving residential plots belonging to members of the Hindu Kolhi community, Chairman of Pakistan Darawar Ittehad, Faqir Shiva Kachhi, visited Kolhi Colony to express solidarity with the affected families.

During his visit, Chairman Faqir Shiva Kachhi met the affected families in detail, listened to their concerns and stance, and personally inspected the situation on the ground.

The affected individuals informed him about the alleged fraud and injustice they claim to have faced in connection with their plots. Chairman Faqir Shiva Kachhi assured the victims that they deserve justice and that Pakistan Darawar Ittehad stands firmly with them during this difficult time.

He said:

«“Justice must be ensured for the affected families. Pakistan Darawar Ittehad will stand with the victims and raise its voice for their rights before every legal and legitimate forum.”»

Chairman Faqir Shiva Kachhi called upon the SSP Umerkot, Deputy Commissioner Umerkot, and other relevant authorities to conduct an immediate, impartial, and transparent investigation into the matter, take legal action against those found responsible, and ensure prompt justice for the affected members of the Kolhi community.

Pakistan Darawar Ittehad will continue its struggle for the rights of oppressed, marginalized, and disadvantaged people and will not leave any affected family alone in their fight for justice.

پیٹرولیم مصنوعات کی قیمتوں میں مسلسل اضافے نے عام آدمی کی زندگی مزید مشکل بنا دی ہے۔ حالیہ دنوں میں پیٹرول کی قیمت میں دوبارہ اضافہ کیا گیا، جبکہ ملک میں ہفتہ وار مہنگائی میں بھی نمایاں اضافہ ریکارڈ کیا گیا ہے۔

چیئرمین پاکستان دراوڑ اتحاد فقیر شیوا کچھی نے میڈیا سے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ پیٹرول مہنگا ہونے کا براہِ راست اثر غریب عوام کی روزمرہ زندگی پر پڑتا ہے۔ ٹرانسپورٹ کے کرائے، اشیائے خورونوش، بجلی، گیس اور دیگر ضروریاتِ زندگی کی قیمتیں بڑھنے سے مزدور، دیہاڑی دار اور کم آمدنی والے خاندان شدید مشکلات کا شکار ہیں۔

انہوں نے کہا کہ آج غریب آدمی کے لیے دو وقت کی روٹی کا انتظام کرنا بھی مشکل ہوتا جا رہا ہے۔ مہنگائی، بے روزگاری اور معاشی بدحالی نے عوام کو شدید ذہنی و معاشی دباؤ میں مبتلا کر دیا ہے، اور بعض خاندان انتہائی مایوسی کا شکار ہو رہے ہیں۔ حکومت کو چاہیے کہ عوام کو محض اعداد و شمار کے بجائے حقیقی ریلیف فراہم کرے۔

فقیر شیوا کچھی نے مطالبہ کیا کہ حکومت پیٹرولیم مصنوعات پر عائد ٹیکسز اور دیگر چارجز پر نظرثانی کرے، مہنگائی کو کنٹرول کرنے کے لیے فوری اور مؤثر اقدامات کرے اور غریب و متوسط طبقے کے لیے خصوصی ریلیف پیکیج کا اعلان کرے۔

انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ ریاست کی اصل ذمہ داری عوام کو بنیادی ضروریاتِ زندگی باعزت اور قابلِ برداشت قیمتوں پر فراہم کرنا ہے۔ غریب عوام کو مزید مہنگائی کے بوجھ تلے دبانے کے بجائے انہیں ریلیف، روزگار اور تحفظ فراہم کیا جائے۔

16-Year-Old Hindu Girl Recovered After Six Months

A 16-year-old minor Hindu girl, who was allegedly abducted near Kunri approximately six months ago and subjected to alleged forced religious conversion and marriage, has been recovered.

The recovery of the minor girl was made possible through the efforts and continued struggle of Chairman Pakistan Darawar Ittehad @PItehad, Faqir Shiva Kachhi, who raised his voice for her recovery and justice.

Following her recovery, the minor girl has made shocking allegations regarding the alleged abuse, coercion, and injustice she says she experienced.

According to the girl, after her abduction, she was allegedly taken to Pir Sarhandi’s place, where she was forcibly pressured to change her religion and was subsequently married.

Her statement raises serious questions regarding the protection of minors, religious freedom, and the rule of law.

Pakistan Darawar Ittehad working for minority rights demand a transparent, impartial, and comprehensive investigation into the matter. The girl’s statement should be recorded independently and without pressure, and if any individual or group is found responsible for violating the law, strict legal action should be taken.

The protection of children, freedom of religion, and respect for human dignity are the shared responsibilities of the state and society.

Education, Awareness and Unity Are Our Strength

Chairman @PItehad, Shiva Kachhi, made a special appearance at a program held in Village Ratnshi Kolhi, near Landhi.

Thousands of men, women, youth, and children belonging to the Hindu community participated in the program in large numbers. Addressing the gathering, Faqir Shiva Kachhi shared his views on the importance of education, awareness, unity, solidarity, and the protection of fundamental rights.

He said that education and awareness are the fundamental pathways to the development and progress of any community. We must provide our children with quality education and also educate the younger generation about their constitutional, legal, and human rights. Only an educated and aware society can effectively defend its rights.

Faqir Shiva Kachhi emphasized that our community must rise above caste, tribal differences, and personal disputes and demonstrate unity and solidarity. When we stand together, our voice against injustice, oppression, discrimination, and violations of fundamental rights becomes stronger.

He further stated that it is our collective responsibility to raise a peaceful, democratic, and constitutional voice against injustices faced by minority communities, including forced religious conversions, abductions, forced marriages, child marriages, and other forms of oppression.

He urged parents to pay special attention to the education of their children, particularly girls, because education is the power that can empower future generations and help them become confident and independent citizens.

The program conveyed an important message of education, awareness, unity, solidarity, equality, and protection of rights among the Hindu community.

Education is our strength, Unity is our identity, and peaceful struggle against injustice is our commitment.

A Clear Message to Those Who Try to Silence Us
Whenever we raise our voice against injustice, oppression, forced conversions, abductions, forced marriages, child marriages, discrimination, and violations of the rights of minority communities, certain elements try to silence us by issuing fatwas and labeling us “anti-Islam,” “anti-state,” or “agents of RAW.”

We have a clear and fearless message for those who spread such accusations:

Shewa Kachhi is an agent of the oppressed.
Shewa Kachhi is an agent of innocent children and girls.
Shewa Kachhi is an agent of justice.
Shewa Kachhi is the voice of those whose voices are suppressed.

We are not against Islam, not against any religion, and not against Pakistan. We are against injustice, abuse, exploitation, forced conversion, abduction, child marriage, discrimination, and violations of fundamental human rights.

Our struggle is for justice, equality, dignity, constitutional rights, the rule of law, and protection for every citizen of Pakistan, regardless of religion, caste, or community.

If demanding justice for an innocent girl makes us an “agent,” then we proudly say:

Yes—we are agents of the oppressed, defenders of the innocent, and voices for justice.

Fatwas, threats, false accusations, and propaganda will never force us to abandon those who need our voice.

We will continue to stand with minority families who are afraid to speak. We will continue to raise our voice for innocent children whose childhood has been taken away. We will continue to demand justice for every victim of violence, discrimination, and oppression.

Our struggle is peaceful.
Our weapon is truth.
Our strength is the Constitution and the law.

To those who believe they can silence us through threats and accusations, our message is simple:

You may attack our reputation, but you cannot silence the truth.
You may issue fatwas, but you cannot stop us from standing with the oppressed.
You may spread propaganda, but you cannot erase the voice of justice.

Shewa Kachhi is the voice of the oppressed.
Shewa Kachhi is the voice of innocent children.
Shewa Kachhi is the voice of justice.

And this voice will continue to echo today, tomorrow, and for as long as injustice exists.

My Religion, My Choice — Change the Mindset, Not the Religion

My religion is a matter of my identity, conscience, and heart. I have the fundamental right to practice my religion, visit my place of worship, and live my life according to my beliefs.

No person should have their religion, faith, or beliefs forcibly imposed upon them. Instead of trying to change someone’s religion, we need to change our mindset, behavior, and attitude toward one another.

My Religion, My Choice — Change the Mindset, Not the Religion!

We want a society where every citizen has the freedom to live according to their faith; where no one is intimidated, harassed, threatened, or forced because of their religion; and where children and young people are taught peace, tolerance, mutual respect, and humanity instead of hatred.

Religion should not be used as a reason to hate another human being. Faith should inspire humanity, love, justice, compassion, and respect. Despite differences in beliefs and opinions, we can respect one another’s rights and live together peacefully.

Let us make a commitment: We will not try to change someone’s religion. We will work to change hatred, prejudice, intolerance, extremism, and narrow-minded thinking.

Religious freedom is the right of every human being.
Practice your faith. Respect the faith of others.

پاکستان دراوڑ اتحاد کے چیئرمین فقیر شیوا کچھی نے جشنِ آزادی کے موقع پر پوری پاکستانی قوم، بالخصوص اقلیتی برادریوں، نوجوانوں، خواتین اور بچوں کو دلی مبارکباد پیش کرتے ہوئے کہا ہے کہ پاکستان ہم سب کا وطن ہے اور اس کی ترقی، خوشحالی، امن اور استحکام میں ہر پاکستانی برابر کا شریک ہے۔

انہوں نے اپنے پیغام میں کہا کہ آزادی صرف ایک دن جشن منانے کا نام نہیں بلکہ یہ ہمیں اپنے ملک سے وفاداری، آئین و قانون کی پاسداری، قومی یکجہتی، بھائی چارے، رواداری اور انسانیت کے اصولوں پر قائم رہنے کا درس دیتی ہے۔

فقیر شیوا کچھی نے کہا کہ پاکستان کی اصل خوبصورتی اس کی مختلف ثقافتوں، زبانوں، قوموں اور مذہبی برادریوں کے باہمی احترام اور اتحاد میں ہے۔ ہمیں ایسا پاکستان تشکیل دینا ہے جہاں ہر شہری کو بلاامتیاز مذہب، ذات، رنگ اور نسل مساوی حقوق، عزت، تحفظ اور انصاف حاصل ہو۔

چیئرمین پاکستان دراوڑ اتحاد نے کہا کہ ہندو، مسلم، مسیحی، سکھ، پارسی اور دیگر تمام اقلیتی برادریاں پاکستان کی برابر کی شہری ہیں اور ملک کی تعمیر و ترقی میں ان کی خدمات قابلِ قدر ہیں۔ اقلیتوں کے حقوق کا تحفظ دراصل پاکستان کے آئین، جمہوری اقدار اور قائداعظم محمد علی جناحؒ کے وژن کا احترام ہے۔

انہوں نے نوجوان نسل پر زور دیا کہ وہ تعلیم، محنت، اتحاد اور مثبت سوچ کو اپنا شعار بنائیں اور پاکستان کو ایک مضبوط، پرامن، خوشحال اور ترقی یافتہ ملک بنانے میں اپنا کردار ادا کریں۔

پاکستان دراوڑ اتحاد اس عزم کا اعادہ کرتا ہے کہ وہ آئینِ پاکستان کے دائرے میں رہتے ہوئے مساوات، انسانی حقوق، مذہبی ہم آہنگی، اقلیتی حقوق اور معاشرتی انصاف کے لیے اپنی پُرامن جدوجہد جاری رکھے گا۔

Faqir Shiva Kachhi, Chairman Pakistan Darawar Ittehad, Takes a Strong Stand at Minority Rights March in Front of Mazar-e-Quaid, Karachi

Karachi: On the occasion of National Minority Day, a historic Minority Rights March was held in front of Mazar-e-Quaid, Karachi. Speaking to the media, Chairman Pakistan Darawar Ittehad Faqir Shiva Kachhi took a strong, clear and uncompromising stand against the issues faced by religious minorities, including forced religious conversions, forced marriages, child marriages, abductions, and illegal occupation of minority places of worship and properties.

Faqir Shiva Kachhi said that the time for promises and statements is over; now is the time for practical action. If the state fails to protect the constitutional and fundamental rights of minorities living in Pakistan, we will continue to raise our voice through every democratic and legal forum.

He said that abducting a minor girl, forcibly converting her religion and then marrying her against her will cannot be accepted under any circumstances. Attempts to provide protection to such acts in the name of religion must stop. It is the responsibility of state institutions to protect affected girls and their families and ensure immediate justice according to law.

The Chairman of Pakistan Darawar Ittehad stated unequivocally:

“Minorities are equal citizens of this country. We are not dependent on anyone’s mercy.”

Hindus, Christians, Sikhs and other minority communities have played an important role in the development, progress and prosperity of Pakistan. Therefore, equal dignity, protection, employment opportunities, education, political representation and justice are their constitutional rights.

He demanded that the government and relevant institutions ensure genuine implementation of the employment quota reserved for minorities, increase minority representation in elected institutions, and provide education, healthcare, employment and basic facilities in minority-populated areas.

Faqir Shiva Kachhi further said that religious freedom does not merely mean the permission to worship; it also means the right to protect one’s identity, religion, places of worship, property and family. Occupation of or attacks on temples, churches, gurdwaras and other minority places of worship will not be tolerated.

He also expressed serious concern over the misuse of blasphemy laws, stating that no law should be used for personal enmity, revenge or to suppress an innocent citizen. Effective action must be taken against false cases and abuses committed on religious grounds.

Faqir Shiva Kachhi gave the government a clear message:

“We are not asking for special privileges. We are demanding the fundamental rights guaranteed to us by the Constitution of Pakistan. We do not want charity; we want justice. We do not want promises; we want practical protection. We do not want silence; we want the rule of law.”

He said that the presence of thousands of people in front of Mazar-e-Quaid was clear evidence that Pakistan’s minority communities are united, peaceful and determined to struggle for their rights.

“Our voice cannot be silenced. Until minority girls, families, places of worship and properties are fully protected, Pakistan Darawar Ittehad will continue its peaceful and democratic struggle.”

It is deeply concerning that despite the passage of so many hours, neither the SSP Sanghar nor any other senior police official, elected public representative, or responsible member of the local administration has visited the protest site to meet the victim’s family or speak with the protesters.

The Chairman of Pakistan Dravar Ittehad, Faqir Shiva Kachhi, remains present at the sit-in alongside the victim’s family, civil society representatives, and thousands of peaceful protesters. The demonstrators have one clear demand: the immediate arrest of all those involved in the murder of Bhero Kolhi and the delivery of justice to his grieving family.

Chairman Faqir Shiva Kachhi stated that the brutal and senseless killing of Bhero Kolhi is a tragic and condemnable incident. He called upon the Government of Sindh, the Inspector General of Police Sindh, the SSP Sanghar, and all relevant authorities to take immediate notice of the case, arrest the perpetrators without delay, and ensure a transparent investigation that delivers justice.

He further affirmed that the victim’s family will not be left alone and that the peaceful protest and sit-in will continue until all those responsible for Bhero Kolhi’s murder are arrested.

Our demands are clear:

Immediately arrest all those involved in the murder of Bhero Kolhi.
Ensure justice for the victim’s family through a fair and transparent investigation.

میرپورخاص: SPD-1 پولیس کے ٹیسٹ میں کامیاب ہونے کے باوجود اقلیتی نوجوان امیدواروں کو آفر آرڈر جاری نہ کرنے اور جنرل میرٹ لسٹ میں اقلیتی امیدواروں کو مکمل طور پر نظرانداز کرنے کے خلاف پاکستان دراوڑ اتحاد کے چیئرمین فقیر شیوا کچھی، سنی رامانی بھیل اور انیل شرما کی قیادت میں متاثرہ امیدواروں کی جانب سے میرپورخاص پریس کلب کے سامنے احتجاجی دھرنا دیا گیا۔

احتجاج کے دوران امیدواروں اور پاکستان دراوڑ اتحاد کے رہنماؤں کی جانب سے مطالبات کے حق میں شدید نعرے بازی کی گئی۔ احتجاج کرنے والے امیدواروں کا کہنا تھا کہ اقلیتی نوجوانوں کے ساتھ ملازمتوں کے معاملے میں دوہرا معیار اختیار کرنا اور میرٹ پر کامیاب ہونے والے امیدواروں کو ان کے جائز حق سے محروم رکھنا انتہائی بڑی ناانصافی ہے۔

اس موقع پر پاکستان دراوڑ اتحاد کے چیئرمین فقیر شیوا کچھی نے کہا کہ جنرل میرٹ لسٹ میں اقلیتی امیدواروں کو مکمل طور پر نظرانداز کرنا ایک بڑی ناانصافی ہے۔ ہم سب اس ملک کے برابر کے شہری ہیں اور ہر شہری کو میرٹ، برابری اور قانون کے تحت مساوی حقوق حاصل ہونے چاہئیں۔ اقلیتی نوجوانوں کے ساتھ یہ دوہرا رویہ فوری طور پر بند کیا جائے۔

انہوں نے کہا کہ جو نوجوان اپنی محنت، قابلیت اور میرٹ کی بنیاد پر SPD-1 پولیس کے ٹیسٹ میں کامیاب ہوئے ہیں، انہیں بلا کسی فرق اور امتیاز کے آفر آرڈر جاری کرنا حکومت اور متعلقہ اداروں کی ذمہ داری ہے۔ اقلیتی نوجوانوں کو روزگار کے حق سے محروم رکھنا یا جنرل میرٹ لسٹ میں ان کے حق کو نظرانداز کرنا کسی صورت قابل قبول نہیں ہوگا۔

فقیر شیوا کچھی نے مزید کہا کہ پاکستان تمام شہریوں کا ملک ہے، جہاں مذہب، برادری یا کسی بھی شناخت کی بنیاد پر کسی کے ساتھ ناانصافی نہیں ہونی چاہیے۔ ہم حکومت سے مطالبہ کرتے ہیں کہ SPD-1 پولیس کی جنرل میرٹ لسٹ کا شفاف طریقے سے جائزہ لیا جائے، حقدار اقلیتی امیدواروں کو ان کا جائز حق دیا جائے اور کامیاب امیدواروں کو فوری طور پر آفر آرڈر جاری کیے جائیں۔

انہوں نے خبردار کیا کہ اگر اقلیتی کامیاب امیدواروں کے جائز مطالبات فوری طور پر حل نہ کیے گئے تو پاکستان دراوڑ اتحاد کے پلیٹ فارم سے احتجاج کا دائرہ مزید وسیع کیا جائے گا اور نوجوانوں کے حقوق کے لیے ہر آئینی، قانونی اور جمہوری فورم پر آواز بلند کی جائے گی۔

Protest Sit-In Against Non-Issuance of Offer Orders to Minority Youth Who Passed the SPD-1 Police Test and Their Neglect in the General Merit List

Mirpurkhas: A protest sit-in was held outside the Mirpurkhas Press Club by affected candidates against the non-issuance of offer orders to minority youth candidates who successfully passed the SPD-1 Police Test and the complete neglect of minority candidates in the General Merit List. The protest was led by Pakistan Darawar Ittehad Chairman Faqir Shiva Kachhi, Sunni Ramani Bhil, and Aneel Sharma.

During the protest, the candidates and leaders of Pakistan Darawar Ittehad raised strong slogans in support of their demands. The protesting candidates stated that adopting a discriminatory approach toward minority youth in employment matters and depriving candidates who have qualified on merit of their legitimate rights is a grave injustice.

On this occasion, Chairman Pakistan Darawar Ittehad Faqir Shiva Kachhi said that completely ignoring minority candidates in the General Merit List is a serious injustice. We are all equal citizens of this country, and every citizen is entitled to equal rights under merit, equality, and the law. This discriminatory treatment of minority youth must be stopped immediately.

He said that the government and relevant institutions are responsible for issuing offer orders, without any discrimination or bias, to those young candidates who have successfully passed the SPD-1 Police Test on the basis of their hard work, ability, and merit. Depriving minority youth of their right to employment or ignoring their rightful place in the General Merit List is unacceptable under any circumstances.

Faqir Shiva Kachhi further said that Pakistan belongs to all its citizens, and no one should face injustice on the basis of religion, caste, community, or any other identity. We demand that the SPD-1 Police General Merit List be reviewed transparently, that deserving minority candidates be given their legitimate rights, and that offer orders be issued immediately to all successful and eligible candidates.

He warned that if the legitimate demands of successful minority candidates are not addressed immediately, Pakistan Darawar Ittehad will expand its protest campaign and continue to raise its voice for the rights of youth at every constitutional, legal, and democratic forum.

Our demand is clear: Ensure equality in merit, justice in employment, and equal treatment for all citizens. Stop discrimination and injustice against minority youth and immediately issue offer orders to all deserving candidates who successfully passed the SPD-1 Police Test.

Protest Sit-In Against the Demolition and Burning of Kolhi Community Homes in Surachand Village, Nagarparkar

Nagarparkar: A protest sit-in was held under the leadership of Pehlaaj Kolhi against the demolition and burning of homes belonging to poor and vulnerable members of the Kolhi community in Surachand village.

The protesters alleged that, with the alleged collusion of the police and the Revenue Department, poor Kolhi families belonging to the Darawar community were forcibly displaced and their homes were damaged at the alleged behest of certain influential individuals.

On the occasion, Chairman of Pakistan Darawar Ittehad, Faqir Shiva Kachhi, stated that demolishing or setting fire to the homes of poor and helpless people is deeply regrettable and constitutes a serious violation of human rights. He said that no one should be allowed to take the law into their own hands under the pressure or influence of any powerful individual.

Faqir Shiva Kachhi said that it is the responsibility of the state and administration to provide justice, protection, and legal rights to poor members of the Kolhi community belonging to the Darawar community. If any government officials have misused their authority, a transparent investigation should be conducted and those responsible should be proceeded against in accordance with the law.

The Sindh Government, district administration, police, and senior officials of the Revenue Department are urged to take immediate and impartial notice of the incident, compensate the affected families for the damage caused to their homes, provide protection and alternative accommodation to those who have been displaced, and take legal action against those allegedly involved.

Pakistan Darawar Ittehad stands firmly with the affected Kolhi families and announces that it will continue its legal and democratic struggle until justice is delivered to every victim.

Protest Continues Outside Mirpurkhas Press Club for the Recovery of Abducted Innocent Children Including Priya Kumari and Ajala Solangi

Mirpurkhas: A protest is continuing outside the Mirpurkhas Press Club demanding the safe recovery of Priya Kumari, Ajala Solangi, and other innocent children abducted from Sindh. The protest was attended by Pakistan Darawer Ittehad Chairman Faqir Shiva Kachhi, Lala Azhar, Wajid Laghari, Anil Sharma, Shoukat Panhwar, along with political and social leaders and a large number of citizens.

On this occasion, Chairman Pakistan Darawer Ittehad Faqir Shiva Kachhi said that the abduction of innocent children is a grave crime against humanity. It is the responsibility of the government and law enforcement agencies to ensure the immediate recovery of Priya Kumari, Ajala Solangi, and all other missing children and hand them over safely to their families.

He said that the state must take practical steps for the protection of innocent children and girls; statements alone cannot solve these serious issues. He demanded immediate and effective action for the recovery of all abducted children and strict punishment for those responsible according to the law.

The protesters said that their voice will continue to be raised on every platform until all missing children are recovered.

The FIR has now been registered against seven accused persons through the efforts of Shiva Kachhi, Chairman of Pakistan Darawer Ittehad, in connection with the deeply disturbing incident in which a poor mother and daughter belonging to the Bhatt Hindu community were allegedly stripped of their clothes, assaulted, and subjected to humiliation.

Immediately after receiving information about the incident, Shiva Kachhi took prompt action by visiting the affected family, expressing solidarity with the victims, and coordinating with the relevant authorities to ensure that legal proceedings were initiated.

Pakistan Darawer Ittehad demands the immediate arrest of all accused and calls for strict legal action in accordance with the law, so that justice is served and such crimes against poor and vulnerable families are prevented in the future.
