Chairman @PItehad Shiva Kachhi Delivers a Powerful Speech at Hindu Community Mega Event in Kot Mirus Landhi, Announces Historic Protest Sit-in in Mirpurkhas in December for Minority Rights
A grand mega event was organized by the Hindu community in Kot Mirus Landhi, near Kot Ghulam Muhammad, with more than 10,000 people in attendance. On this occasion, Faqeer Shiva Kachhi, Chairman of Pakistan Darawar Ittehad, participated as a special guest and delivered a powerful speech, raising his voice against alleged injustices, discrimination, and mistreatment faced by religious minorities.
During his address, Shiva Kachhi expressed serious concern over the challenges confronting minority communities in Sindh and across Pakistan, including the alleged abduction of underage girls, forced religious conversions, forced marriages, and other human rights violations. He called upon the authorities to ensure the protection of constitutional rights guaranteed to minorities under the Constitution of Pakistan and to provide justice to affected families.
Announcement of a Major Protest in December
Faqeer Shiva Kachhi announced that Pakistan Darawar Ittehad would organize a major protest sit-in in Mirpurkhas in December to demand solutions to the problems faced by minority communities, an end to injustices against the Hindu community, protection for underage girls, and the acceptance of other important demands concerning minority rights and security.
He stated that Pakistan Darawar Ittehad would continue its struggle for the rights, protection, justice, dignity, and equal status of minority communities. He appealed to all minority communities, social leaders, human rights organizations, and justice-loving citizens to join this struggle and play their role in building a society where every citizen enjoys equal rights and protection, regardless of religion.

The return of Seeta Kachhi and Rupi Kachhi to their families is not merely a victory for Pakistan Darawar Ittehad @PItehad or Shiva Kachhi; it is a victory for the entire province of Sindh. It is a victory for all those people who raise their voices for the poor, the oppressed, and the vulnerable and struggle to protect their rights.
Today, the minor Hindu sisters, Sita Kachhi and Rupi Kachhi, have been reunited with their families. Seeing the smiles of happiness on the faces of their parents and family members brings immense peace and satisfaction to our hearts. The happiness reflected on the faces of these innocent girls fills us with great joy.
Now, our government, relevant institutions, and law enforcement authorities must take effective measures to prevent incidents involving the alleged abduction of minor girls, forced religious conversion, and forced marriage. Such measures are essential to ensure that members of minority communities in Sindh can live their lives with dignity, peace, security, and freedom.
We want fear and insecurity to disappear from the hearts of minority communities. Every person should feel safe, and no girl should ever have to suffer injustice.
My happiness will be complete when every poor and oppressed person in Sindh receives justice, every girl is safe, and no minority family has to live in fear or worry about the safety of its children.
This struggle does not belong to any single individual or organization. It is a collective struggle for humanity, justice, and the well-being of all the people of Sindh.

Minor Hindu Sisters Sita Kachhi and Rupi Kachhi Return Home After Regaining Their Freedom — Pakistan Darawar Ittehad’s Struggle Bears Fruit
The minor Hindu sisters, Sita Kachhi and Rupi Kachhi, who were reportedly abducted from Tando Allahyar and allegedly subjected to forced religious conversion and forced marriage, have departed for their home in Tando Allahyar accompanied by Faqeer Shiva Kachhi, Chairman of Pakistan Darawar Ittehad, and Sunny Ramani Bheel.
On this occasion, both girls expressed their happiness at regaining their freedom. They stated that they had been subjected to coercion, their religion had allegedly been changed against their will, and they had been forced into marriage. They described their experience as deeply distressing and expressed gratitude to Shiva Kachhi, Pakistan Darawar Ittehad,@PItehad and everyone who raised their voices and struggled for their freedom.
Chairman Faqeer Shiva Kachhi’s Statement
Faqeer Shiva Kachhi stated that since 2018, Pakistan Darawar Ittehad has been continuously working across Sindh to protect minority communities, particularly minor girls facing alleged abduction, forced religious conversion, and forced marriage, by providing legal assistance and support.
According to the organization, it has made efforts to secure the recovery of more than 1,000 girls and has provided assistance to numerous affected families. The organization remains committed to supporting vulnerable families, providing legal guidance, and pursuing justice in these sensitive cases.
Faqeer Shiva Kachhi urged the Government of Sindh, the Federal Government, and relevant law enforcement agencies to take immediate notice of incidents involving alleged forced religious conversion, the abduction of minor girls, and forced marriages. He called for transparent investigations, legal action against those responsible, and effective protection for minority communities, particularly children and girls, to ensure that no child is subjected to fear, coercion, or injustice.

پاکستان دراوڑ اتحاد سندھ کے غریبوں، مسکینوں، مظلوموں اور بے سہارا افراد کے حقوق کے لیے مسلسل جدوجہد کر رہا ہے۔ بالخصوص اقلیتی برادریوں کی نابالغ بچیوں کے مبینہ اغوا، جبری مذہبی تبدیلی اور کم عمری کی شادیوں جیسے حساس معاملات میں تنظیم قانونی اور سماجی سطح پر متاثرہ خاندانوں کا ساتھ دیتی رہی ہے۔
چیئرمین فقیر شیوا کچھی کا واضح مؤقف ہے کہ کسی بھی نابالغ بچی کے بنیادی حقوق کی خلاف ورزی برداشت نہیں کی جا سکتی۔ ایسے تمام معاملات کی شفاف تحقیقات ہونی چاہئیں، بچیوں کی عمر اور آزادانہ مرضی کا قانون کے مطابق جائزہ لیا جائے اور انہیں کسی بھی قسم کے دباؤ سے محفوظ رکھتے ہوئے انصاف فراہم کیا جائے۔

حکومت سندھ، پولیس اور متعلقہ اداروں کی ذمہ داری ہے کہ نابالغ بچیوں کے مبینہ اغوا، جبری مذہبی تبدیلی اور کم عمری کی شادیوں کی روک تھام کے لیے مؤثر اقدامات کریں، متاثرہ خاندانوں کو تحفظ فراہم کریں اور قانون کی خلاف ورزی کرنے والوں کے خلاف قانون کے مطابق کارروائی کریں۔

The case of Bandia, a Hindu minor girl from Sibi, is deeply alarming. According to reports and allegations, Yasir Domki, a resident of Bakshapur, along with his associates, allegedly abducted Bandia, subjected her to forced religious conversion, changed her name to Yasmin, and married her.
Shiva Kachhi, Chairman of Pakistan Darawar Ittehad @PItehad, demands a transparent and impartial investigation, immediate legal protection for the girl, and independent verification of her free will. The government, police, and relevant authorities must ensure justice and take legal action against those responsible if the allegations are proven.

My name is Shewa Ram Kachhi(Shiva Kachhi), and I am the Chairman of Pakistan Darawar Ittehad (PDI), a registered social development, human rights and minority rights organization working in Sindh, Pakistan.
I respectfully wish to introduce myself and share a brief overview of my organization’s work for your kind consideration.
About Me and My Organization
I am a social and human rights activist working for the rights, dignity, protection and equal treatment of marginalized and disadvantaged communities, particularly Sindhi Hindu and other religious minority communities in Sindh.
Pakistan Darawar Ittehad was established in 2018 and is registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, with registration number PAR/HYD No. 0035 of 2024, in Sindh Province. Our central office is located in Mirpurkhas, and our organizational network works across different districts and talukas of Sindh.
Our Work and Key Human Rights Concerns
Through Pakistan Darawar Ittehad, we work to support vulnerable families and communities through peaceful, constitutional and legal advocacy. Our work includes:
1. Raising our voice for minority girls facing alleged abduction, forced religious conversion and underage marriage.
2. Supporting affected families in seeking legal assistance, police action, fair investigations and justice through the relevant authorities and courts.
3. Advocating for the protection of minority communities against harassment, threats, violence and discrimination.
4. Raising concerns about illegal occupation of minority-owned land, graveyards and temple properties.
5. Promoting religious freedom, human dignity, equality, social justice and the protection of fundamental rights guaranteed by the Constitution of Pakistan.
6. Working to bring the problems of vulnerable communities, particularly those living in rural areas of Sindh, to the attention of government institutions and human rights organizations.
Our organization has worked with affected families in several cases and has continued to raise these issues through peaceful public advocacy, engagement with police and government officials, and legal and human rights efforts.
Despite limited financial resources, we remain committed to serving vulnerable communities and standing with families seeking justice and protection.

About Me and My Organization
I am a social and human rights activist working for the rights, dignity, protection and equal treatment of marginalized and disadvantaged communities, particularly Sindhi Hindu and other religious minority communities in Sindh.
Pakistan Darawar Ittehad was established in 2018 and is registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, with registration number PAR/HYD No. 0035 of 2024, in Sindh Province. Our central office is located in Mirpurkhas, and our organizational network works across different districts and talukas of Sindh.
Our Work and Key Human Rights Concerns
Through Pakistan Darawar Ittehad, we work to support vulnerable families and communities through peaceful, constitutional and legal advocacy. Our work includes:
1. Raising our voice for minority girls facing alleged abduction, forced religious conversion and underage marriage.
2. Supporting affected families in seeking legal assistance, police action, fair investigations and justice through the relevant authorities and courts.
3. Advocating for the protection of minority communities against harassment, threats, violence and discrimination.
4. Raising concerns about illegal occupation of minority-owned land, graveyards and temple properties.
5. Promoting religious freedom, human dignity, equality, social justice and the protection of fundamental rights guaranteed by the Constitution of Pakistan.
6. Working to bring the problems of vulnerable communities, particularly those living in rural areas of Sindh, to the attention of government institutions and human rights organizations.
Our organization has worked with affected families in several cases and has continued to raise these issues through peaceful public advocacy, engagement with police and government officials, and legal and human rights efforts.
Despite limited financial resources, we remain committed to serving vulnerable communities and standing with families seeking justice and protection.

Where Are the Effective Laws and Practical Measures to Protect Minority Girls in Sindh?
In Pakistan, particularly in Sindh, there is growing concern over reported cases of the abduction of underage Hindu minority girls, alleged forced religious conversions, and forced marriages. When will the government take serious and effective measures to protect girls aged 12, 13, 14, and 15?
Poor and vulnerable minority families are struggling to obtain justice. At the same time, complaints continue to emerge regarding alleged illegal occupation of poor people's land, residential plots, and Hindu temple properties. Unfortunately, affected families often face difficulties in obtaining timely and effective justice from the police and relevant authorities.
Do minority citizens have no guarantee of protection for their lives, property, dignity, religious freedom, and children?
We call upon the Government of Pakistan, the Government of Sindh, the police, and all relevant institutions to:
1. Ensure effective implementation of laws against the abduction of minors, forced religious conversions, and child marriages.
2. Provide protection, legal assistance, and access to justice for affected girls and their families.
3. Take strict legal action against the alleged illegal occupation of land, residential plots, and Hindu temple properties belonging to poor minority communities.
4. Ensure prompt, impartial, and transparent investigations into complaints raised by minority communities.
We stand against injustice, oppression, and the failure to enforce the law—not against any religion or community.
The government must fulfill its responsibilities and provide the minority communities of Sindh with practical protection and justice, not merely promises.

A grand reception was organized by the Thakor community in Village Bhaghu Thakor, Mirpurkhas, in honor of Pakistan Darawar Ittehad @PItehad Chairman Shiva Kachhi and Seth Karan Hariram, son of MPA Seth Hariram Kishorilal.
On this occasion, respected members and social leaders of the Thakor community, including Raichand Thakor, Bhagat Babu Thakor, and others, warmly welcomed Faqeer Shiva Kachhi and Seth Karan Hariram with a shower of flowers and by presenting them with traditional Sindhi Ajraks.
During the ceremony, Seth Karan Hariram expressed his appreciation for Faqeer Shiva Kachhi’s commitment to addressing the issues of the Thakor community, serving the people, and standing with them in every difficult time.
The respected members of the Thakor Hindu community present on the occasion also expressed their full cooperation and commitment to standing with Faqeer Shiva Kachhi and Seth Karan Hariram at every step.
