Esto es una pequeña reflexión sobre la búsqueda de la riqueza y el éxito económico.

Comparto mi visión y un poco de mis experiencias tanto como empleado, como emprendedor y como inversor

Espero que a algún lector le sirva ⬇️

En la búsqueda de la riqueza, a menudo se confunde ser rico con ser verdaderamente próspero.
​
La riqueza no se trata solo de tener dinero; se trata de poseer habilidades y recursos capaces de generar ingresos.
​
¿Qué harías si de repente perdieras todo lo que tienes?
​
Riqueza vs. Dinero
​
Muchas personas equiparan la riqueza con el dinero, pero no son lo mismo. Como señalan personajes como Alan Watts y Paul Graham, el dinero es simplemente una herramienta para transferir riqueza, no es riqueza en sí misma.
​
Por ejemplo, si estuvieras en medio del Sahara sin nada que comprar, tener mucho dinero sería inútil. La verdadera riqueza reside en la capacidad de crear y poseer recursos y habilidades valiosas.
​
La Importancia de las Habilidades y la Maestría
​
Desarrollar habilidades de alto valor es crucial para crear riqueza.
​
Mi primer trabajo real fue en una empresa de consultoría, trabajo que me encantaba pero que siempre parecía carecer de algo esencial, no me llenaba y pese a ello aprendí muchísimo sobre organización y gestión de proyectos.
​
Antes de eso, trabajé como agricultor en Escocia durante un par de veranos y pasé otro verano en Mozambique vendiendo vino a supermercados mientras aprendía portugués y lo jodidamente dura que es la puerta fría.
​
Estas experiencias sentaron las bases para mi comprensión del valor del trabajo y el esfuerzo, pero sobre todo me enseñaron que no podía quedarme así, tenía que buscar algo más.
​
Para mí, invertir fue una habilidad clave. Me mostró que podía hacer algo más allá de mi trabajo diario y que, además, no se me daba mal.
​
También me di cuenta de lo importante que era formarme y es por eso que continuamente me esfuerzo por implementar y aprender nuevas habilidades, entendiendo que estos son los bloques de construcción de la verdadera riqueza.
​
Si, se invertir, pero he desarrollado muchas otras habilidades en el proceso. Desde conocimientos financieros a la hora de valorar empresas hasta habilidades de negociación para conseguir las mejores ofertas invirtiendo en inmuebles. También y para aquellos que me habéis visto en algún evento u os veis nuestros vídeos de YouTube, la comunicación se ha vuelto una pieza fundamental en mi vida. Comunicar es clave para llegar a la gente y cada día aprendo nuevas cosas para poder llegar a más personas (like, rt y demás parafernalias)
​
Las habilidades son las que nos hacen verdaderamente ricos y es haciendo lo que amamos como mejor podemos desarrollarlas.
​
Empezar un Negocio
​
He iniciado tres negocios, cada uno de los cuales me ha enseñado valiosas lecciones.
​
Uno de ellos fue un gran fracaso: una empresa de eficiencia energética. La razón principal de su fracaso fue mi falta de inversión emocional. Sin embargo, aprendí de esta experiencia y apliqué esas lecciones a mis emprendimientos actuales: Club Cripto y Drixo.
​
Club Cripto está más enfocado en la comunidad y la marca, la comunicación hacia la persona es clave.
​
Drixo, si bien también tendrá un foco en comunidad, está más centrado en la relación con negocios y empresarios, sobre todo a la hora de encontrar producto y construir un buen "deal flow" de oportunidades.
​
Ambos proyectos me hacen aprender y mejorar cada día. La idea principal detrás de estos es crear servicios que aborden los desafíos que enfrenté en el pasado, ayudando a otros a superar esos mismos problemas. Ahí está mi inversión emocional, me mueve a seguir creciendo y desarrollando.
​
Aprovechando el Tiempo y Juegos de Suma Positiva
​
Crear riqueza también implica aprovechar tu tiempo de manera efectiva.
​
Naval Ravikant, un emprendedor e inversor, destaca la importancia de participar en juegos de suma positiva, actividades que benefician a todos los involucrados.
​
Para mí, la mejor manera de ayudar a las personas es dándoles mi tiempo. Sin embargo, escalar este esfuerzo es crucial.
​
Ya sea en Club Cripto o en Drixo, estoy trabajando en encontrar personas con habilidades que puedan ofrecer los mejores servicios a aquellos que necesitan mi conocimiento y experiencia.
​
El tiempo y la salud es lo más importante que tenemos, no podemos dejarlos nunca de lado.
​
Creando Valor y Ciclos Virtuosos
​
Las startups exitosas se centran en crear valor y resolver problemas.
​
Los inversores buscan fundadores que posean las habilidades necesarias para construir y mantener un negocio. La combinación de capital, talento y clientes crea ciclos virtuosos que impulsan el crecimiento y el éxito.
​
Por ejemplo, cuando tienes miembros talentosos en tu equipo, atraen más talento, y los clientes satisfechos traen más negocio a través del boca oreja.
​
Si los proyectos que emprendes lo haces con corazón y solucionas un problema en el mercado tienes un potencial círculo virtuoso.
​
No me las voy a dar de emprendedor de éxito, más bien soy empresario precario, pero puedo decir que trabajo en lo que disfruto y eso me hace bastante feliz. Con actitud positiva, y una solución a un problema en el mercado viene el éxito y con este la posibilidad de escalar, crecer y aprender
​
Conclusión
​
Crear riqueza se trata de mucho más que acumular dinero. Se trata de desarrollar habilidades valiosas, aprovechar tu tiempo y participar en actividades que creen valor para otros.
​

I aped the Guru Network LBP
​
I never buy LBPs, but I made an exception with this one due to its bullish factors: top-tier backers + price under seed price + low MC + Base L3 + AI features + CCIP integration + KOLs can't dump (yet)
​

Below I explain my thesis:
​
1) Top tier backers
​
They had two funding rounds with investors like Shima Capital, ParaFi, and Wintermute.
​
2) Current price under seed price
​
The conditions for each round were:
-Preseed: $1M @ $10M FDV, 6m cliff 18m vesting (10% supply)
-Seed: $5M @ $50M FDV, 6m cliff 18m vesting (10% supply)

The LBP ended at around $30M FDV, which means it is 3x above the preseed price or 40% below the private price, obviously with no vesting.
​
At TGE, 8% will be released for listings and market makers, 7% for the LBP, and 3% for marketing (mainly for KOLs at the moment, I will expand on this), totaling 18%, so the current MC is $5.4M (in fact it's less because some part of it its vested).
​
3) Small inflation
​
Considering the tokenomics, unlocks do not start until month 3.

- In month 3, half of the advisors' allocation is released, which is 1%.
- In months 4 and 5, a portion of the ecosystem growth allocation is released, amounting to 2.5%.
- In month 6, the larger releases begin.
- At TGE, the marketing allocation is released, so they would pay the KOLs as mentioned before (but it is not yet fully released, I will expand on this later).
​
Upon reviewing on-chain data, the only significant change is that the advisors' allocation can be confirmed to have a 1-month cliff and a 5-month vesting period.
​
Therefore, we currently have a window of several months to act with almost no inflation (i.e., without previous rounds dumping on us).
​
4) Base Layer 3
​
It is an L3 built on Base (despite recent sentiment, this still generates hype).
​
Coinbase's Smart Wallet will be launched soon, bringing significant liquidity to Base and gaining momentum.
​
5) DEX Guru
​
Guru Network includes many projects, such as Dex Guru, a trading terminal that most of us have probably used at some point, with a solid user base.
​
6) AI features
​
It also has an AI product focused on AI agents (a narrative with a lot of momentum currently). Basically, it is a competitor to SPEC (which currently has $1.4B FDV).
​
7) CCIP integration
​
Chainlink's Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP) integration will allow its AI agents to be deployed on any blockchain supported by CCIP.
​
For instance, the AI could analyze cryptocurrency prices on Ethereum and Binance Smart Chain to generate buy or sell signals and then execute certain tasks (e.g., if ETH price pumps more than 5% in a period of 5 minutes, sell BNB).
​
8) KOLs can't dump (yet)
​
Part of the 3% supply for marketing has initially been used to create a KOL round in order to get KOLs to promote Guru. In other words, the project creates a better round for the KOLs and, in exchange, they advertise Guru.

This round had a price of $0.004/token, which corresponds to an FDV of $4M. This information is not public; I got it on-chain, so it might be incorrect, but considering the connections, payments, and tokens received, it seems to make sense.
​
This round has a vesting schedule of a 1-month cliff and 5 months of linear vesting, so they cannot dump on us at the TGE. You can check it here: https://t.co/99X3jpATH5

While reviewing their connections, I noticed something curious: several of these KOLs share multiple CEX deposit addresses. Could they be the same person? Are they close friends? Who knows.

Anyways, what is clear is that they won’t have tokens to dump until after 1 month and those tokens weren't free.

If you're gonna APE do your own research and don't FOMO into this because I might be wrong in my thesis.

Keep in mind that the mainnet is not deployed yet and, for now, most of the things discussed in this thread are just theory. Until everything is fully developed, deployed, and proven to work and achieve PMF, the theses won't make sense.

Even so, I think the price is undervalued.
