A4: Those little conversations with kiddos that may seem unimportant are sometimes the most valuable to them...often when we don't realize it! Take time to reflect on how you can continue to teach them that learning, or bettering yourself, never stops! #neisdpln

A2: Acknowledge that "there is never enough time," and get started. Help each other and if you arent able to then, set a time to help. Prioritizing makes life easier and hard tasks doable.

A1: You have to remember that you are there for the kids! When you are trying to figure out what is best for the kids, many times all you have to do is listen to them...they have a tendancy to energize and refocus me.#neisdpln

A5: Making sure that Ss know that they can mistakes happen, but its what you do with the lesson learned that can make the difference. #neisdpln

A4: Show them they can be successful and reminding them of their past successes. Also, sharing your own stories can be so powerful to help them want to take a risk and trust you to help them. #neisdpln

A3:Ss feel like they really belong when we genuinely show we care how they are doing. They can see right through fake interactions. Love them...even when they are trying to push you away. #neisdpln
