@VoxTelecom worst company ever,I have spoken with Ivette from vox today, after a service was open in my name without me knowing, the service was cancelled eventually, but now I get told by Vox Ivette I need to go look for a router I never had had in my possession, idiot company.

@virginactiveSA I would like to know what is up with false advertising, I am a premier member and one of the perks of a premier member is that you get free birthday access to the collection club as advertised on your website and what was told to me before signing up

@virginactiveSA Ok but his not the case, I called the Silo gym today and spoke to a lady sales consultant and they told me that the free birthday visits is limit to 2 free passes per lifetime for premier members an no where is stipulated on your website
