@gailley007 @sola_chad correct..now that you show adequate biblical knowledge..why does the catholic faith have idols and rosaries that Christ as you have read about him came to abolish.. in my country...catholics travel miles to come and bow at Mary's statue..is that biblical?

@gailley007 @sola_chad so yeah God gives faith, then uses it to accomplish good works in that person 'prepared before the world was made'..and then glorifies that person in heaven. so that the believer will with all creation praise and glorify God for what he has done..and so Salvation is by God Alone

@gailley007 @sola_chad you are partially right..but you have one small but critical issue...remember Paul says a serious statement in Ephesians 2.9..indicating that its God's grace that has saved..not their works..whatever works.. so there's zero boasting of anything from our point..

@gailley007 @sola_chad the saved person who showed love through his life as a fruit of the Spirit at work in them will enter heaven...but before Christ they will bow down and understand it was God given faith alone in Christ that got them there...so that the scriptures hold..'no one may boast'

@gailley007 @sola_chad its not optional.. when i claim faith alone the bible is very clear.. yes faith but the saved person is a new creature..they will with God's grace and power grow in holiness...false christianity says 'faith alone' and then live like the devil or any worldly person..

@gailley007 @sola_chad Romans 8:1 still stands, The ones “in Christ” are those justified by faith. Their love is the necessary result, not the basis, of that justification.
Faith alone saves , but the faith that saves is never alone. That is exactly what Matthew 25 displays.
