We have now delivered the first Rollsaw with automatic sawing function. The Rollsaw and a paper core stripper was acquired from CFE Nordic in 2018.

In Guatemala pivab are currently starting production of a Fully automatic slitter rewinders for corrugated paper rolls. Last month we aslo completed one installation in Australia and a special rewinder for fast production of small corrugated rolls to a customer in Sweden.

We are happy to see our first Pivab rewinder in South Africa. This time it was a semi automatic rewinder equipped with a lifting-table & upender to handle all sizes of single face corrugated rolls up to 1500mm in diameter and 1800mm width. Customer will be running B, C & E-flute.

First day of commissioning with new #BHS #Corrugator line and Pivab #rewinder in Poland. We produced 15x850m of B-flute for the customer at 200m/min. Amazing working with this team, Corrugator produced top quality paper from first startup and minimum waste.

Upcomming week we install a fully automatic slitter rewinder on a new #BHS corrugator in Poland. The customer will produce #corrugated rolls from 100mm to 1800mm in width. As this machine can change roll in 150m/min and speed up to 300 production will greatly increase.
