Service in @SouthwestAir Service has significantly deteriorated. 3/4 flights I took in the past few days did not even offer water, for reasons that were not convincing. passengers are even being asked to use the restrooms before boarding as those on board may not be functional.

Climate control is messed up and Tesla service center is blaming it to be a software update issue. Can’t control weather in the car properly and they are asking me to wait until a future update figures out a solution. Their standards are going down by the day @Tesla @elonmusk

After driving a demo model Y with HW 4 running FSD 14.X, I realized that anyone not getting the 14.X update should cancel their FSD subscription immediately. It feels so backwards and powerless once you experience what the 14. X version is capable of. @Tesla #12_X_needs_2_go

@WyndhamHotels this is how unhygienic our recent stay was and the response from your team is a pathetic “come back and we will hide you a discount” I pad several hundreds for this unworthy hotel room and a refund is the right way to treat a customer.

Is it just me or does everyone these days feel like @Apple customer service is not the same as before? Had a warranty replacement issue and the senior advisor is saying “don’t waste your time talking to me, there is no one senior than me at Apple you can escalate this to”.

@BankWithAcademy need some help with a heloc termination. Was promised a no early termination fee and now being charged with a early termination fee. The branch is telling me they incorrectly told me about no termination fees at the beginning and can’t help. How is this my fault?
