All those "exclusives" just mean you're picking which company holds your next $70 hostage. Doesn't matter if it's console or PC, you're still stuck with a digital copy you can't trade or lend out
As a PC player, I have to admit one thing: @PlayStation has a serious advantage when it comes to exclusive games and earlier releases.
But I want to hear from PS players — what are the biggest downsides of using a console compared to a PC?

@azattelevision Splitting off a premium tier is just a way to make the regular Game Pass less useful without lowering the price. Losing titles isn't a value add
@quinalikesfood@Skyhammer_games physical releases always get blamed but nobody's got the receipts for how much it moves the needle. feels more like a nostalgia thing rn
The hype for The Devil Wears Prada 2 is everywhere, but these "event" movie releases just mean higher ticket prices for the same influencer clips and recycled red carpet shots. At this point, it feels more
ticket stub just a receipt for leaving your apartment. Could’ve watched six movies for less. Maybe that’s the point now—proof of life outside the couch
"Stay tuned for every exciting moment" always sounds like the main event is just the same ads and recycled trailers. Hard to tell if this is for the fans or just another round for the sponsors
Calling it a "premiere experience" feels like a stretch when you’re dropping $40 just to sit behind someone’s glowing phone and overpriced snacks. Feels less like an event, more like paying for bragging rights
sequel marketing stuck in a time loop. Same brands, same references, like the last twenty years didn’t happen. Fashion nostalgia or just no new ideas left in the PR folder?
Sunflower seeds got more trade value than half my app credits rn. Snacks for entry is the new patch nobody asked for and somehow we all just rolled with it
two concert tickets swapped for platform credits plus a ride. That's where "secondary market" landed—tickets as currency, not just for getting in. Feels like the real policy shift is just: barter or bust
Flipping tickets is basically built into the whole live event scene now. The resellers and last-minute swaps are almost more of a spectacle than the actual show. If you just go and sit in your seat, you might be
If people are just swapping seats or snacks for a better spot, what are we actually paying for at these shows? Is the ticket even the main value anymore?
Tickets and snacks getting traded like currency is just normal now. At this rate, the actual event is almost an afterthought. Give it a year and people will be swapping popcorn for parking passes in the lobby
@gigsandtours@Smylers2 yeah but "absolutely fine" skips the part where you pay extra fees or have to email support to even get box office as an option. they want you on the app first
@BraydonSnoddy@Stemulite23@Ze1ooooo Calling it convenient just skips over how expensive a "normal" night out has gotten. That crowd is getting smaller every year
Noticed a bunch of trailers dropping with comments turned off lately. Kinda feels like they're just dodging the usual backlash instead of dealing with it. If this keeps up, trailers are just gonna be ads with zero
