@mikeachimugu01 Good evening, Mr. Michael. I’m reaching out to report an issue regarding my refund from Arik Air. It has been over two months now and I’m yet to receive the refund. I also haven’t gotten any update from the NCAA for over two weeks concerning this matter. help pls
It’s been almost 2 months since Arik Air cancelled my flight and I’m yet to receive my refund. I’ve emailed, followed all procedures, and even tried the NCAA portal (not working). No response from CPD.
This is unacceptable.
