@Minkyew A lot of times, devs of emulators cannot make a 1-click installer since there are certain copywritten assets you need to get from "elsewhere" that are required for the server to run. Idk which specific ones you're looking at, but thats a potential cause.

@Minkyew Monitor the read/write rate to your drive--I don't trust these devs to not absolutely annihilate the drive with unoptimized read/write patterns.

@Minkyew @GreyMothVT Damn, yeah, I expect that PC performance will be the worst for the longest, considering how much hardware can vary from PC to PC. I have a 4090 and still get stuttering. You might want to try and whitelist the folder in windows defender, since that can make some games run better.

@Minkyew @GreyMothVT How are you playing it? I get around 30FPS on Android with a Snapdragon 8 Gen1.

The game is built in UE4, and has some performance "quirks" associated with that engine.

They're probably collecting data in the background on how to optimize for certain devices rn. Give it a month

@AlcoholicRobot @Beyumi__ The most recent wave of concern is coming from Stable Diffusion. That model is made by a nonprofit and will be released for free via open-source. As far as I can tell, the company that is making it is explicitly declaring they don't seek profit.

This isn't capitalism's fault.

@Beyumi__ It looks to me like a lot of the concern is centered around the way that these AI models are trained: they base the images they generate on artwork made by the public. It is not too much of a stretch to say that each image it makes is theft from 1000s of artists.
