Pixeum participated today in the Williams College summer internship fair, thanks to Andrew Gu ‘26, who was an awesome intern for Pixeum this past summer and also staffed our table. We’ll be looking for at least one more intern for the summer of 2025.
Awesome Rhode Island historical map story, aka Eight Interesting Aspects, by Andrew Middleton of @EcoAndrewTRC The Map Center with help from Andrew Gu.
We are excited! Father-daughter team Tom and Sarah Paper (and Pixeum) are hosting an art event on August 16 & 17 in San Francisco. The “Artists We Love Gallery Show” will feature Alp Ozberker, Lillian Shanahan, Miriam Sweeney, and Megan Bigelow. Email [email protected] to attend.
Life is stories. We are defined and motivated by our stories. Whether a piece of art, a movie, a sporting event, a ballet, a book, an article, an excursion, we see the world through stories. At Pixeum, we help people tell stories with their artwork and artifacts.
A great day yesterday at St. Mary’s College Museum of Art “Behind the Scenes” tour. I love what they are doing! Their team is super smart, creative, entrepreneurial, service-minded, always learning. They ARE what a museum should be. See Pixeum exhibit 537.
