That email came through at 12:02 but when I clicked at 12:03 they were all gone? I don’t see how that is fair. They should have just been allocated

@Coronation2023 Yes! Got the email and went to get my ticket within a few mins and it was all gone. My sister got the same and works for the NHS, she was so excited to get the email when she was on her lunch break only to find she was too late

@RAC_Care It’s now been 48 hours and still no recovery! We have had to abandon the car. I am absolutely appalled with the customer service we have experienced with the RAC. We have been consistently promised someone will be there ‘in the next 45 min’ with no one ever turning up
