Agents could be the best thing that ever happened to DePIN projects, and DePIN could be the best thing that ever happened to AI and agents.. let's unpack👇

I see sentient agents (agents that are connected to any type of real world sensor.. hence the idea that they can "feel") as the missing link in the DePIN flywheel.. we've seen as some of the most successful DePINs manage to create a great supply network, but lack the right venues for data demand.. well.. sentient agents are the perfect venue and they are HUNGRY for data. I would even call sentient agents as the first ever DePIN Demand Aggregators!

As I've mentioned before, I'm a fan of DePIN aggregators (now re-named supply aggregators just by myself) as a great way of tackling DePIN scalability and lowering the barrier of entry for a ton of people. On the opposite side, the DePIN demand aggregators are now the way DePIN projects easily monetize their data and scale demand like crazy!

Obviously there are a ton of things to consider... whose data, how accurate, how good, how verifiable... and the list goes on and on.. remember we've been talking about DePIN verifiability for any sort of DeFi use cases? well... this time verifiability is even more relevant.. the concept of having your agent hooked to millions of sensors worldwide is pretty f$%^&ing cool, but you need a way to verify all this, especially when agents are bound to make active decisions on this data.. we're just scratching the surface these days..

So in short, while I'm always convinced that DePIN will save AI, it's also true that AI agents are giving DePIN project an amazing opportunity.

What are your thoughts on this? I'm super bullish on the way builders are approaching these concepts. I'd love to learn more if you guys have more resources!
