- You can set when chat messages will disappear in a sub-group (24 hours, 7 days, 90 days)
- The community announcement group is a space where community admins can send messages to all community members (Only admins can post)

Hope this update hints at the possibility to have external plug-ins/Bots like on Slack in the future.

Features that I can see so far

- You can have up to 50 subgroups + the announcement group, the subgroup size is increased to 512 people.
- You can add up to 5,000 members to the announcement group
- Only admins can see who is in the main announcement group (great for privacy!

Interesting article by @datkin. Oddly enough, our community is facing the opposite problem, we have many strong hyper-specific subgroups without a big "main hub" for all members to connect. Anyone else in the same situation?
