Every salary slip has a plot twist called deductions.
You budget for the number at the top life budgets for the number at the bottom.

25 years ago I joined banking with nothing but ambition. Today @Getfastrupees is live. every rejection I witnessed. Every borrower I couldn't help. E very system I watched fail the wrong people. it all led here.
We're not coming soon anymore.
We're here.
The real reason salaried Indian can't get a personal loan in under an hour in 2026 the infrastructure was never designed for speed it was designed for documentation. documentation that protects the lender not the borrower that design choice has a cost. Salaried people pays it.
@ChitrakShivalik Exactly jobs create ecosystems. wherever quality employment goes, housing, retail, healthcare, education, and infrastructure naturally follow. employment is the first catalyst for real estate demand.
@warikoo Time is limited, but attention is even more precious. Two people can have the same 24 hours the one who protects their attention usually creates more value.
We spend 15+ years in school.
Nobody teaches us:
Credit scores
EMIs
Loan eligibility
How to compare loan offers
Then one day we're expected to make one of the biggest financial decisions of our lives.
Does that make sense?
Everyone talks about Mumbai and Bengaluru as India's fintech hubs.
Nobody talks about Gujarat.
Where 63 million people, a massive MSME base, and one of India's highest savings rates are served by infrastructure built for someone else.
That's the opportunity hiding in plain sight.
Every NBFC I worked at had a "customer-first" value on the wall and a quarterly target that made that impossible. I'm not blaming the people.
The incentive structures were wrong.
You can't build borrower-friendly products when the KPI is volume, not outcomes.
A first-generation homebuyer in Ahmedabad:
Saves for 8 years
Finally has down payment
Applies for home loanGets rejected in 4 minutes by an algorithm
8 years of discipline.
Rejected in 4 minutes.
This is the system Shrivin Fincare is being built to fix.
@ChitrakShivalik Career β Bengaluru.
Scale β Mumbai.
Balance β Ahmedabad.
Growth + Infrastructure β Hyderabad.
The best city changes as your priorities do.
@rajshamani I think comfort isn't what traps people predictability does the moment you stop taking asymmetric bets, your career starts compounding slower than your potential.
@warikoo This is why referral, reputation, and community-led growth outperform ad spend in Tier 2 India.
Distribution isn't just digital.
It's deeply social.
20 years in home loan lending taught me this:
The best borrowers are often the worst-looking applications
first-generation homebuyer.
Informal income documentation.
The algorithm rejects them first.
They repay the most consistently.
India's housing finance industry didn't underserve affordable borrowers by accident it was a deliberate product decision.
Small ticket loans = same processing cost + lower margin.
So NBFCs simply... didn't build for them.
That's not a gap. That's an abandoned market.
