The electricity situation in Ratserkala Nagar Panchayat in Ballia district is so bad that it makes the area feel like one of Ballia’s backward regions. Meanwhile, the government appears to be taking credit for works while the energy minister belongs to a neighboring district. If the condition in the adjacent district is this poor, what must the situation be like in other districts of Uttar Pradesh — only God knows.

Elderly people, children, and the sick are suffering badly, yet no elected representative appears to have taken notice.Wasn’t Balia district once the pride and dream of former Prime Minister Chandrashekhar? महोदय
मैं रतसर कला, नगर पंचायत के निवासी के रूप में सूचित करना चाहता हूँ कि पिछले लगभग तीन महीनों से हमारी कालोनी में बिजली आपूर्ति अत्यंत दिक्कत भरी बनी हुई है।
मुख्य समस्या निम्नलिखित है
: ट्रांसफार्मर पर बिजली लगने के लगभग 10 मिनट के भीतर NCB गिर जाती है और बार-बार बिजली चली जाती है।लगातार कटौती व उतार-चढ़ाव के कारण बुजुर्ग, छोटे बच्चे और बीमार लोग गंभीर कष्ट झेल रहे हैं। गर्मी के इन दिनों में समस्या और भी बढ़ गई है।

जब सरकारी नंबर JE पर फोन किया गया तो बंद मिलता है या फोन कॉल रिसीव करने वाला बार-बार अनुपस्थित दिखता है।जूनियर इंजीनियर लापता हैं
नगर पंचायत प्रशासन व उच्च अधीक्षक (SE) द्वारा सोशल मीडिया पर बारिश/बिजली आपूर्ति पर संदेश दिए जा रहे हैं, परंतु किसी ने भी इस ट्रांसफार्मर का निरीक्षण कराकर समस्या का स्थायी समाधान करने की पहल नहीं की।
