Also even in my note I stated that the people were unable to clean it but in your ATR it is stated that the overflow was reduced.

Day 11 and the situation remains the same. The sewer is still filled and overflowing at times. Yesterday, 2 DJB workers came but couldn't remove the blockage as they didn't have the necessary equipment. Despite assurances that the sewer would be cleaned today, nothing happened.
