@SimonMiller316 I recall you saying 'you'll never be completely happy with your body' in one of your old videos... over the last 2 years I've lost 70lb fat +20lb of recomp and I constantly find that to be the case. But that motivates me to see where it'll go next. As do your videos! Thanks 💯
