This man was not elderly, perhaps in his 60s. He was not meek or bullied. He was a mature adult, passive-aggressive, and ultimately, if you listen to and watch the video clip, full of shit. He claimed he only put his hat back on so that others could photograph him, then later clearly stated that he put it back on because others told him it was his right. He was provided the choice to reboard the plane. By the end of the video, it was unclear what his decision was.
