@optionswinging Yeah I think the only problem the thunder have (and it’s a good problem to have) is they have too many firsts lol. They’re gonna have to make a trade soon just to free up some roster space. Plus idk how much their ownership will want to go into the tax
@optionswinging Also, very curious what you think the thunder do this offseason. I know they’re still in the playoffs, but you think they make a push for Giannis? Him, SGA, Chet would be a sick matchup for spurs for years to come
@optionswinging Yeah didn’t include Jdub cuz he’s out and been hurt, so not slashing as much but normally I agree. Cason for sure. Feels like chet gets the right amount of calls. His face is so fuckin long I think you gotta give defenders a little leeway lol.dudes head has to be like 2 feet long
@optionswinging Yeah prob true, havent checked. I think the Spurs probably should be getting to the line more based on rosters. Castle/Harper get to the hoop a lot/play physical at the rim, wemby gets killed. Other than SGA, OKC dont have many guys who get to the rim off dribble as consistently
@optionswinging Yeah I’d agree with that. Never gonna see an “evenly called” game but it feels like it’s just flip flopping favorites. NBA def wants this series to go 7
@optionswinging Yeah but he’s still gotten to the line a decent amount, but i also feel like the thunder have kinda been known to play that exact style the past two seasons. Between Dort, Caruso, Jdub, cason, I feel like they get away with a lot off ball
@optionswinging Definitely is, but when the refs are swallowing the whistles he doesn’t look like an MVP. I’d want to see him take over a game without getting to the free throw line as often as he did during the regular season
@SgtHamSteak@spurs I could see that, I feel like no team can ever win a finals with Brunson as the main guy tho. Great scorer but just gets targeted so much on defense
