All of the CPCs policies are included in their platform. Implementing policies ultimately comes down to implementing and passing legislation which can only occur once the CPC takes power.

@AreOhEssEyeEe I hate to break it to you but either party in a civil proceeding has the right to a jury trial by filing a Form 47 pursuant to R 12-6(3) of the BCSC Rules. Often a plaintiff in a MVA case believes jurors will be more sympathetic and award higher damages.

@ClydeSteel @KevinVuongMP Many doctors finish school with $2-300k in student debt. I have a professional degree that cost $150k, the monthly repayments are about 22% of my after tax income. I’ll be making these payments for the next 15yrs. So 180k isn’t a fantastic salary, all things considered.
