I booked a flight from Kansas City to Dallas which was scheduled to be at 5:20PM and non-stop. This got changed to a one stop flight (Kansas City to Fort Lauderdale to Dallas). The trip that was gonna be 1.5hrs already changed to a 7 hour trip.

Problem number 2: I am still at Fort Lauderdale (90 minutes late as of now and your employees seem to have no idea what’s going on, i don’t even know how long this is going to take). A 1.5hr trip turned to a 10+ hour (minimum) trip.

My parents were supposed to fly from Delhi to San Francisco on 30th May. They are still stuck in Delhi and being constantly tortured by Air India staff.

They were called upon on 31st for 11 am flight but now they have been sent back to the hotel

@airindia this has to be the epitome of poor management, where in you are flying with not onlu senior citizens but also toddlers on board, and you cannot be bothered to arrange for proper ventilation. You've literally risked lives. It's 9:30pm, and this has been on since 3:30pm.

No dinner has been provided. People are fainting on the plane and have to be deboarded and are sitting on the ramp. No assistance of any kind seems to be provided. My mom has been stuck there. @JM_Scdia

My parents have been stuck at the Delhi airport for almost 7 hours now. They are travelling from DEL-SFO

First the flight gets delayed, then you change the flight and assign them different seats.

Everyone has de-boarded the aircraft due to safety reasons. Doctors have been called up as well as some elderly people needed assistance
