Account run by leaseholders at Tiltman Place. For issues related to cladding, the EWS1 form, remediation works, communication with the developer @graingerplc
@graingerplc This is very concerning at @PlaceTiltman
Presumably you are on site this evening? Please call me to let me what's going on as a matter of urgency.
.@graingerplc have responded citing their "legal obligations" towards their shareholders.
This is not good enough.
Leaseholders affected should have the opportunity to address a Shareholders' General Meeting.
It is time for the development industry to account for itself.

Building owners cannot abdicate their responsibility for fire safety work - they were happy to sell the flats in the first place - now they need to step up.
@jeremycorbyn and I have written to the CEO of @graingerplc on behalf of the residents of Tiltman Place
A good news story finally! Maybe a chink of light? Let’s hope that @graingerplc follow suit. I fear that many leaseholders are near breaking point. @jeremycorbyn@diarmaid_w@PlaceTiltman https://t.co/KNnt5nlXmE
Today’s decision by @TaylorWimpeyplc to provide £125m for the remediation of building safety issues on properties they have built is very welcome.
Those developers that have not done so already now need to step up and help protect leaseholders from these costs.
Taylor Wimpey has announced £125 million in funding to support cladding and fire safety repair work. It will apply to apartment buildings constructed over the last 20 years, including blocks below 18 metres. It says ‘doing the right thing for our customers is a key priority.’
