The US foreign policy cycle:
1. The US tries isolationism
2. A problem somewhere else the US could've helped with sprials into a crisis
3. The US spends huge amounts of blood and treasure to end the crisis
4. Time passes
5."Why are we wasting money on other people's problems?"

A reminder to all the fellas out there to not just "power through" your illnesses. Not saying Brandon did that, just that this situation serves as a reminder that an underlying illness can cause significant damage with little warning. There's no shame in getting checked out.
I almost died and I need your help - I don’t like to ask you guys for anything but I am in a dire situation and this is my only option. I’ve created a GoFundMe to help my family and I in this trying time - god bless everyone who has sent kind messages I really appreciate it.
BREAKING: Zohran Mamdani is expected to require ALL New York Elementary school students to learn Arabic numerals.
As a Jewish American I still support this 100%
Conservatives spend decades calling literally everything socialism and then get surprised when people assume that they're in favor of socialism.
If you cry wolf every time you see an animal with four legs, eventually people will assume that these "wolf" things can't be all bad.
This is probably the most scary chart you will see today. How is it possible that socialist indoctrination at universities and in media is so successful?
Socialism has always brought misery and oppression, why don’t young people understand history?
@gaffe_ I regret to inform you that Germany has a long history of making extremely bad foreign policy decisions, and it usually takes another country blowing up their shit to put them back on the right track.
This isn't exactly a shocking conclusion, but the more important question is: who cares? The pipeline was a mistake from the start and everyone is better off that it was blown up. Who did it doesn't change any of that. If Germany still cares, they should get over it.
BREAKING: German police and other officials familiar tell the WSJ that there is a "clear picture" that an "elite" Ukrainian military unit, under the supervision of former Ukrainian Commander-in-Chief Zaluzhnyi, carried out the Nord Stream pipeline sabotage.
Okay, I'm finally on board. We can't let colleges give people useless degrees that only serve to put people into crippling debt. No more business majors.
I'm glad that the plan isn't to ensure American prosperity where people can afford a 30 year mortgage, it's just to let people go into debt for longer. This is a sign of a healthy direction for the country.
🚨 BREAKING: President Trump appears to announce his intention to normalize 50 YEAR MORTGAGES, to make it easier for young people to buy a home via lower monthly payments
He cites FDR as when the 30-year mortgage started to spread nationwide

So curious that such a wealthy man never posts anything that indicates that he enjoys or is even aware of what virtually everyone appreciates— scenes from nature, pet dog or cat, praise for a movie, music, a book (but doubt that he reads); pride in a friend’s or relative’s accomplishment; condolences for someone who has died; pleasure in sports, acclaim for a favorite team; references to history. In fact he seems totally uneducated , uncultured. The poorest persons on Twitter may have access to more beauty & meaning in life than the “most wealthy person in the world.”
@kane I thought we were in favor of capitalism, not propping up a select group of companies to ensure they live forever like some kind of nobility. Some companies go out of business, that's the free market. Companies aren't a jobs program. They just claim to be to get gov't welfare.
@paleonormie Given what Hell is said to be, that's worse. I don't want to live alongside someone who quietly wishes that every bad person will one day be set on fire, or have their nails ripped out, or dissolved in acid, or whatever worse punishments will befall them, forever. That's unhinged
BREAKING: President Trump plans to reduce the refugee admissions ceiling from 125,000 to 7,500 and has indicated that priority will be given to white South Africans who claim persecution.
There are 340 million people in the US. The idea that 100 million, one out of every 3 people you meet, are illegal immigrants is so obviously false that believing in it makes a good litmus test for lack of basic brain activity and just being an empty shell to pour lies into.
If only America didn’t have to babysit 100 million foreigners and have a parasitical foreign nation state bleeding it dry we could be building marvels like this too.
@BasedTorba How did we get to the point where people believe one out of every 3 people in America are illegal immigrants? That's obviously not true just on the face of it.
