Vždy jsem byl pro euro. Ale dnes stojí v čele ECB žena, která se inspiruje a vzhlíží k čínské digitální měně – nástroji státní kontroly, perzekuce a totality. Pokud tam Evropa míří, je nezbytné českou korunu zachovat.

Možná by guvernér Michl mohl paní Lagardeové oplatit její laskavost – a zavolat jí, že nabízení digitálního eura v České republice nepřichází v úvahu, pokud nebude splňovat ústavní požadavky na ochranu soukromí, svobody a finanční suverenity našich občanů. A pokud má ECB o Česko i přesto zájem, nechť si požádá o licenci u České národní banky.

Pravicový ministr financí řekne o jednom z nejzajímavějších nových odvětví toto:

- přijmáme novou regulaci, její velká výhoda je, ze pomůže snížit počet podnikatelů v tomto odvětví
- hlavně nedávejme všem stejná pravidla (časový test)

Tady reálně neexistuje volitelná strana

Hi Dennis, great idea! On the national level, the Czech Crypto Association @CeskaCkma is already very active, working to advance crypto-related initiatives in the Czech Republic. Currently, several crypto-friendly laws, including a tax exemption for holding periods (e.g., no income tax if you hold bitcoin for 3 years or more), are awaiting approval in the Chamber of Deputies. We’d love to hear your insights on this and would be happy to share more details from our side. Thanks for all the great work you’re doing!

Jen instituce jako @ECB (a komunisti) by mohly přijít s tak šíleným nápadem, jako přerozdělit zisky raných investorů do Bitcoinu těm, co ho nemají, ve jménu sociální rovnosti. To je jako okrádat ty, co vsadili na Google, Apple nebo zlato – trestání prozíravosti a odvahy riskovat. A to nemluvě o tom, že ECB celé roky lidi od Bitcoinu odháněla, a miliony “no-holders” jsou také jejich dílo 🤷🏽‍♂️

"Chat Control", the EU law proposal that could ban encrypted messenger services in the EU will return again this month.

The bill is aimed at searching all private messages and chats for suspicious content (so-called chat control or child sexual abuse regulation).

According to the latest proposal providers would be free whether or not to use ‘artificial intelligence’ to classify unknown images and text chats as ‘suspicious’.

However they would be obliged to search all chats for known illegal content and report them, even at the cost of breaking secure end-to-end messenger encryption.

EU governments are to position themselves on the proposal by 23 September. Currently, only Poland and Germany have indicated that they will vote against it.

Estonia, Czechia, Austria, Slovenia and the Netherlands have doubts.

EU interior ministers are to endorse it on 10 October.

Messenger providers Signal and Threema have already announced that they will never agree to incorporate such surveillance routines into their apps and would rather shut down operations in the EU.
