Ran out of gas after 7th game in 11 days. Lost last night to Peosta in the Peosta tournament. Good news is it worked out great for tournament!! See you Saturday 12pm against Dyersville!!

In the end we won and move to 2nd round on Thursday at 6:30!! We will work as a team to make it quicker!

Good work to Quinn and the rest of the Peosta Semipro guys on getting the field ready to play! Cannot always play on perfect fields and it creates great memories!
We however didn't help the 3 game night by having a 2hr. 43 minute 7 inning game(time isn't exact lol).

Great pitching for a 2nd night in a row! Peerson Kephart and Thias McDermott pulled it off with a 3-2 victory over Kieler. Grove to the semi-finals Thursday night 6:45 vs. Bellevue.

The younger brother would have the majority going 3 for 3 with 2 doubles and three RBI's and three solid innings on the mound.

We'll see the same faces Wednesday night as we take on Epworth in first round action of the Dyersville tournament 8:15.

The Grove finished off the weekend with a nice little win at home today 4-1 over Epworth. Max Krause pulls in his first semipro win in 4 innings of shutout relief ball. Jaden and Isaac Then combined to drive in our runs and 4 hits to lead Pleasant Grove offensively.

The night didn't end the way we would've liked. Seems we needed a Vernon Kennedy semi-final bomb(recently inducted on the Placid Wall of Honor). Grove lost in 9 innings 6-5. For the 9th one run loss this year and the 6th loss where we out hit the other team.

Broke the streak!!! Did not lose to the tournament home team by 1 run. The Grove moves on to the semi-finals in Cascade.

Grove picks up win behind great pitching performance from Thomas Blair and Peerson Kephart closing the door 9-3! On offense Matthew Florence delivered a 2-run bomb and Peerson and Max Krause also drove in 2 runs each!

Weekend was full for the Grove. Zwinglefest Tournament Saturday and Sunday. Beat Bellevue 3-1 with 3 hitter by Isaac Then.
Loss in championship with 1-2 to Zwingle with a heck of a battle 7 innings strong 5 hitter by Peerson 'PK' Kephart.

Zero errors in Tournament and only 8 hits given up by the Grove's pitching.

The Grove pulled off a 5-0 win over Kieler last night in first round action of Rickardsville Tournament. Great pitching from Colin Reuter and Thias McDermott, great defense and offense was provided by Matthew Florence. 2nd Round Sunday, July 6th at 5pm.
