In the Breaking Bad Mythos, Chuck from Better Call Saul gives Walter a run for his money as the best villain. He’s infuriating. His primary joy seems to be sitting around, waiting for people to make mistakes so that he can dismiss their worth- but you feel bad for him. 10/10
