Thanks to @getpostman for the shout-out as being a top developer-friendly API -- the Postman collection is one of the easiest ways to explore Plaid, and we've recently improved it with more endpoints, clearer organization, and auto-populated fields!
3. @Plaid
Plaid API provides an open banking platform to connect different banks to apps. Being developer-centric and with effective getting-started guides that make integrating with users’ banks easier, they rank high for developer experience.

In this post on Plaid's Transaction Enrichment Engine, Chris Jin and and Hansen Qiu show you what it takes to go from a transaction description like this: "Debit Purchase -visa Card 1234wm Supercenter #morriltonar"

@coderintherye@maiab TY for raising this. It's now fixed! (Although the user-facing error message had been in the docs, it was a) an outdated wording of the error and b) inside an iframe that required user interaction to render, making it invisible to Google.)

@harittweets@Plaid The AWS Lambda package size limit is 250 MB, and Plaid's Node package is 9 MB, so it should fit. If the total size of your packages is too large, you can take a look at techniques for reducing the size like those described here https://t.co/x6z33OeMhB
@waitforthepatch@Plaid Thanks for the question! This field is not available via Plaid -- in general the API does not typically return fields that relate to concepts specific to individual institutions.
@AkoladeSoft@Plaid Cool app! And sorry to hear about the trouble with transactions -- feel free to file a Support ticket or DM us if you need any help getting that working!
Oh hey, our friends at @awscloud made something for you -- an updated demo app for getting started with Plaid on AWS, using the latest Plaid Transaction API endpoints! Many thanks to @jplock for this great demo.
