@BisleriZone I’ve been a loyal customer for years and your team has always placed the 20L cans near our dispenser. Today the delivery person refused, took the bottles back, and the distributor responded aggressively when I explained that I have a slipped disc.
@BisleriZone my 77-year-old father cannot lift them. If this is now company policy, how are elderly or physically challenged customers expected to use your service? Customer care only offered a refund. Extremely disappointed by the lack of empathy.

@airindia the app is absolutely useless and customers have to face brunt. Now I will need to call your customer service, fill a form and wait for a refund. Thai is utter pathetic!!
@airindia this is the third instance - add on service charges paid using the app. Money deducted from a/c and your app shows failed transaction!! My 2nd refund for failed transaction is till pending and now have a 3rd one
