Psychology is not the most important part of trading

It is important of course

But at the end of the day:

You can have the best trading psychology in the world, but if you’re trading a strategy that has no edge you will still lose

Make sure you’re following a strategy that actually has an edge and wasn’t created by some BS guru who isn’t even profitable themselves

Psychology becomes 10x easier when you KNOW that you have a good strategy

Most psychological problems stem from not having a good strategy in the first place and not believing that it can make you money

If you had a good strategy you would just follow it and not keep breaking your rules

Get a good strategy first, then everything else will start falling into place
