Globally, 12 million girls are married before their 18th birthday each year – that’s one girl every 3 seconds. No girl should ever have to marry as a child.
This is why, for International Women’s Day, we’re saying #WeObject to child marriage and putting girls first, everywhere.

On 16th of January 2026, Plan International South Sudan launched a food security in Renk targeting over 250 HH and over 1500 individuals majorly consisting of South Sudanese and Sudanese refugees fleeing the crisis, IDPS and vulnerable host community household.@CCK @KCOC
