"It's an unexpected future classic and I believe we will be talking about this flick not only all year long, but also for years to come! (...) the movie belongs to its leading lady Inde Navarrette who delivers an A level masterclass in acting"

#MahavatarNarsimha Review:
Mahavatar Narsimha is that rare spark in the dark cave of Indian animation.
We can create our own Ne Zha.
Epic battles, rich stories, vibrant visuals—movie has it all.
Bas, 3D quality thoda aur solid chaiye tha..
#Obsession is TERRIFIC! Inde Navarrette made me say “I fell for you” and “please stay away from me” in the same scene.
Rating: 3.5⭐️
This creepy thriller (which is sometimes intentionally funny too) is making the noise for all the right reasons. Offers enough dose of thrills and spine-chilling moments. Inde’s outstanding performance is the biggest USP of the film. Michael Jonhston lends an excellent support to her and he looked charming.
Curry Barker’s direction is simply excellent. His screenplay is tight and solid, and keeps you intrigued since the inception till the climax. And yes, distinction marks for the editing of the film. He gets it on point.
On the flip-side, the film leaves you with some unanswered questions. A few scenes and dialogues seem implausible. Can’t write those questions here as they might come across as spoilers. More on that later.
If you go expecting a typical scary, horror film as many reviewers are saying, you might get a bit disappointed. It’s a creepy-scary film having some nightmarish moments. Keep that in mind before booking the tickets. It worked for me. I liked it. #ObsessionReview
#Blast : Terrific performances by Arjun, Abhirami, Preity and almost everyone. All the three of them are excellent in stunt sequences and this trio is a delight to watch on screen. The plot is quite simple, the screenplay is excellent. The first half takes its own time to build tension, gives glimpses and sets the base for every character, their ideas and intentions. Few sequences including the villains do feel cliched and ofcourse the villains are weak. But that doesn't stop this film from blasting right from the pre-interval sequence and from there the film goes into full action celebration mode till the very end. There are perfect payoffs, the action sequences are not just for sake, its highly engaging and they are properly executed making us root for the characters and celebrate. The background score and the slomos that feels lil off inititally starts to blast on course of time. Excellent cinematography and background score. And coming to my most favourite aspect about this film and what makes this film standout is that it never treats its female protagonists like most of the action films with female protagonists that we have seen before. The film never falls prey to some of the problematic tropes like the “The Good for her” trope that at times exploits female trauma and desensitises audience for shock value or the “Action girl devaluation trope” even for some moments. The film for its entire runtime either treats its characters equally on the battleground or for most part it also sidelines male protagonist. It's the female protagonists who go in full blast mode. And I do believe this film is packaged in a way that it will definitely inspire many families for sure and that makes this one a very important film. Do watch this film in theatres with your entire family and friends, especially take your kids too. Had a great time in theatre and would definitely love to rewatch it in a packed theatre again. BLAST IS A VERY IMPORTANT FILM AND IS THE MOVIE OF THE YEAR SO FAR.

Dir #RJBalaji about the Alternative version of #Karuppu 🔥
- If I acted as the lead character, there would be only one lawyer. A father and his daughter are facing a serious problem.
- I would show the second half of the film focusing on how their case changes and what developments happen in court.
- The story would show how they get the gold, and in the end, the climax of the film would reveal whether the daughter lives or dies.

At first, i thought this was going to be a typical two brothers falling in love with the same girl trope but karan johar had me gagged this time. Even alia's character was unpredictable and her story was narrated skillfully despite the little screen time
The Performances & Drama:
While it lacks the constant thrill to keep you hooked, there is enough solid drama to keep you seated. The ensemble cast delivers exactly what is needed. Mohanlal once again proves the phrase "he will go to any extent for his family," showing his desperate endanger act in the climax. All other characters done their role as expected.
