BREAKING: The family of the Utah man who was shot dead but the FBI after making death threats against President Biden and pointing a gun at the FBI agents who raised his home release a shocking public statement defending his actions and claiming that he was too “overweight” and “elderly” to be dangerous.

The stunning public statement reads, “Craig loved this country with all his heart. He saw it as a God-inspired and God-blessed land of liberty. He was understandably frustrated and distraught by the present and on-going erosions to our constitutionally protected freedoms and the rights of free citizens wrought by what he, and many others in this nation, observed to be a corrupt and overreaching government.

Though his statements were intemperate at times, he has never, and would never, commit any act of violence against another human being over a political or philosophical disagreement.”

The family also described him as “an elderly and largely homebound and overweight man.”

It’s simply shocking that his family has the audacity to defend a man who had no problem suiting up in body armor and showing off his arsenal of assault and sniper rifles — and posting the following death threats against President Biden and Vice President Harris:

“I heard Biden is coming to Utah. Dogging out my old ghille suit and cleaning the out off the M-24 sniper rifle. Welcome, buffoon-in-chief.”

“In my dream, I see Joe Biden’s body in a dark corner of a DC parking garage with his head severed and lying in a huge puddle of blood. Hoorah.”

“Perhaps Utah will become famous this week as the place a sniper took out Biden the Marxist.”

“The time is right for a presidential assassination or two. First Joe then Kamala!!!”

Of course, the family had the audacity to declare that he was “inspired” by “God,” and that it’s “understandable” that he made vicious death threats against a sitting American President just days before his visit to Utah.

The family really took the cake when they said that he was too “elderly” and “overweight” to be dangerous — even though he literally pointed a gun at FBI agents and had an arsenal of high capacity assault and sniper rifles.

trumpers keep telling me "ah, you're just going after trump because you're afraid he'll win," which is way up there with some of the dumbest shit I've ever heard.

1. First, President Biden has beaten him already. Badly. By 7 million votes. And that was BEFORE he racked up an historic number of jobs, and did infrastructure, brought back manufacturing to the US, and lowered insulin prices for Americans.

2. Even without all of the indictments, without even one, trump is severely damaged goods. In fact, he's probably the weakest candidate that President Biden could face.

And I'm saying that in a world where Nikki Haley and Mike Pence are still running for some reason.

3. Most of us still believe that law and order matters. That when the law is broken, there are consequences. And trump broke A LOT of laws. Shit, he's the guy who infamously bragged that his supporters are so lawless and stupid, he could shoot someone on 5th Avenue and not lose any votes.

And so far, those cultish trumpers have proven him right. No amount of tape recordings, video surveillance, testimony from people HE HIRED, none of it will shake them.

But they don't determine what laws get followed and which laws don't count "because you're famous."

He's never won the popular vote, he's been impeached twice, and he's been indicted 3 times (soon to be 4 times).

It's not because he's an asshole, and he is a trumptanic asshole. AGAIN, it's because he's an out-of-control walking crime factory. A fucking judge had to tell him not to threaten anyone and what did he do? Exactly that.

So I'm not saying it's impossible for him to win against President Biden, because we've already lived through 2016.

But him facing consequences has nothing to do with any fear of him winning, I worry more about other candidates Republicans could run.

I want trump to face all of the legal consequences for his actions because he has skated through life thinking he is above the law, done things the rest of us would already be in prison for, and it's time for him to get his legal comeuppance.

And yeah, also because he's a racist, rapist, insurrectionist motherfucker.
