Spoke to NQP yesterday. 1st day qualified, they got an OOH TCA with student crewmate, 1st on scene, all interventions given by said Para, pt conveyed in 2nd truck due to positioning. NQP not allowed to travel because they needed to get back for lunch. No debrief. Is this normal?
