We sincerely sympathize with your experience. Please note that Plateau Express currently provides interstate passenger services to Adamawa only—not parcel delivery. From your account, this seems to be an unauthorized transaction with a driver, which is against our policy.
As part of our ongoing campaign against illegal parcel handling, we kindly ask for your cooperation in sharing the driver’s details and vehicle information. Our DMs are open to escalate and resolve this further.
