For YEARS my approach to working and studying is a 27 minute Pomodoro. If more effort is needed I take a 6 minute break, stretch, grab a snack, drink, whatever, then do another 27 minute session. Often listening to Miami reggaeton. Not knowing Spanish, I don’t loose focus.
