@Chicomangoo On a wiped-out night, keep it tiny: a pot of rice and one sheet pan of chicken and broccoli. Thirty minutes and most of the week's lunches are covered.
@kremers11204 Scattered recipes are the worst, and a cookbook is a lovely idea. If you want a digital home too, Plato lets you add your own recipes and keeps a journal of what you cooked: https://t.co/e2VJBF2I16

@StellaSparkssss Season them! Simmer with garlic, cumin, and a bay leaf, then finish with lemon and a drizzle of olive oil. Sad lentils are almost always under-salted lentils.
@StellaSparkssss Start with whatever takes longest, like a tray of roasted sweet potatoes or a pot of rice, then cook proteins while those go. Good luck on marathon week!
@StellaSparkssss Peel them all at once, right after an ice bath. Crack them all over and peel under running water. Way easier on day one than day four.
@StellaSparkssss Glad it helps! Sheet-pan chicken thighs are hard to beat for marathon week: season, roast at 425°F for about 25 minutes, done. Hard-boiled eggs for quick breakfasts too.
