Launched in 2467, the Noryang-class Carrier served for decades as the standard heavy carrier of the CMA Navy. As the backbone of the CMA fleet, they served in every major operation undertaken through the Cold War and Insurrection.
@HelljumpinGamer The @PlayFarIsle team did some excellent (albeit non-canon) concept explorations for what the interior hull of the Scorpion could look like, featuring three crew positions. https://t.co/hbjLk97IMy
Overall, the amount of crew per-tank highly depends on the model in question.
Check out the stunning Hornet I created for Chokepoint Games! It took a lot of hard work and revisions, but I'm really happy with the end result. What do you think of my Hornet design? Which Halo vehicle should I create next?

@TysonIsDead The first steps are to seriously read into the different mediums of art production - and if you're primarily interested in games art, reading into that specific field as it can be quite different than designing for film or other areas.
@TysonIsDead It depends. Some of our concept team are self-taught, some have degrees related to the arts.
A persistent push to learn and expand the toolset through which you create art is the most important aspect. It's a constant learning experience regardless of whether it's formal or not.
