As I was packing my luggage for vacations, I was thinking about how to reduce its size. Not finding a solution for that, I had an idea for a new Texture-Packing tool.
This way I’ve developed and released Easy ORM, a small and free utility for architects, designers and 3d artists.
This video, narrated in Italian by the developer, shows how to set up a 3D scene for path tracing, using Real PBR tool: how to import a FBX file, set the lighting, and define an accurate camera position and aperture for photorealistic results.

Reflecting on Real PBR, I realized my file-saving method wasn't scalable. So, I built my own system for v0.3. Now, it efficiently manages mesh data without relying on third-party parsers. Lesson learned: clear software architecture is key from the start.
